Welcome at Srinagar Airport and drive through the scenic countryside toward Pahalgam — the Valley of Shepherds. En route, pass the saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient Awantipora ruins. Check into your hotel by the Lidder River. Evening at leisure for a riverside walk and acclimatisation to the mountain air.

A full day exploring Pahalgam’s iconic valleys. Visit Betaab Valley for panoramic meadows framed by snow peaks, Aru Valley for alpine pastures and quiet trails, and Chandanwari — the gateway to the Amarnath route — with glacier views and mountain streams. Optional pony rides and photography stops throughout. Overnight in Pahalgam.

After breakfast, drive to Gulmarg (approx. 8,694 ft). Check into your hotel and spend the day in the Meadow of Flowers. Take the famous Gulmarg Gondola for sweeping Himalayan views above the pine forests. Enjoy snow play or meadow walks depending on the season. Overnight in Gulmarg.

Morning free in Gulmarg for a final meadow walk or optional activities. Drive to Srinagar and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a classic shikara ride on Dal Lake — floating gardens, houseboats, and mountain reflections. Evening kahwa and leisure by the lake.

Full day of Srinagar sightseeing. Visit the Mughal Gardens — Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Explore Shankaracharya Temple for panoramic valley views, and stroll through the old city markets for Pashmina, walnut wood, and dry fruits. Overnight in Srinagar; rest early if your Ladakh flight is the next morning.

Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight to Leh (Ladakh). Upon arrival, meet our local team and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is kept light for altitude acclimatisation — short walks around Leh market, optional Shanti Stupa viewpoint at sunset, and plenty of fluids and rest. Overnight in Ladakh.

A full day discovering Ladakh’s dramatic high-desert landscapes. Visit iconic monasteries such as Thiksey and Hemis, the Magnetic Hill, confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers, and Hall of Fame. Weather and fitness permitting, optional excursion toward Khardung La or local high-altitude viewpoints. Overnight in Ladakh.

After breakfast, transfer to Leh Airport for your onward flight. Carry home memories of Kashmir’s green valleys and Ladakh’s moonscape mountains — two Himalayas in one journey.
